I have been baking this cupcake for many years, diluting it with different variations, then add lemon zest and orange liqueur, then pour chocolate icing and sprinkle with roasted nuts. You can also add candied fruit, raisins, and even a couple of times I used this dough for Easter cakes. 

The second cupcake - "Bird-cherry". As a child I loved the bird cherry pie, which was prepared by a friend of our family, but I really adored this taste. Now I bake this cupcake again and I think that it is beautiful. 


Ingredients:

350 g flour 
50 g starch 
200 g sugar 
250 g butter 
5 medium eggs 
50 g milk
1 bag of baking powder (about 2 tsp.) A 
pinch of salt 
Vanilla sugar 

additives optional - raisins, candied fruits, rum, nuts, chocolate pieces, zest, etc. 

Preparation:

It's simple. We take out all the products from the refrigerator for at least half an hour, they must be at room temperature in order to connect well with each other. Turn on the oven 180 degrees. Lubricate the form with butter and sprinkle with flour. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar - mix well, add all other ingredients and beat with a mixer for 5-10 minutes, until the dough is shiny and smooth. We spread in the form and bake for about an hour, readiness is checked with a match. 

About the process.Because he is loved, because it is very simple. I bake it in a round shape with a hole (as in the photo) and in the form of a cake. And sometimes as cupcakes in separate molds, then bake for 15-20 minutes. This is just good for those who do not need such a huge cupcake, just divide the portion and bake a piece. (Divide into eggs, very well the recipe is divided into five - this is a portion of 1 egg). You can decorate with anything and powder and sprinkle with icing (icing sugar plus lemon juice), melt the chocolate. 

Pro cost. About 200 rubles, you can replace the butter with a good margarine, but all the same oil is better. 

About time. Just over an hour, but work at least. 

About the taste. The results.If I bake this cupcake for a long time and constantly, then of course it is in my pets. It is quite simple and understandable. But as a basic recipe - what you need! The taste is lush, crumbly, not greasy - perfect! I love to do it most of all with lemon zest and orange liqueur, along with lemon icing is very tasty! Well, of course, 5+ and I advise everyone with both hands) 



Bird Cake 


Ingredients:
• 100 g of wheat flour; 
• 100 g of bird flour; 
• 180-200 g of butter; 
• 4 eggs; 
• 100 g of sugar; 
• 2 teaspoons baking powder. 

Cooking:

Whip together the butter, sugar and eggs. Add both types of flour and baking powder. Knead the liquid, but thick dough. Pour dough into shape. We bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. We spread on the form, let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar! 

About the process. Very simple. But we take out all the products from the refrigerator for at least half an hour. 

About time . I do it every once in a while and faster and faster. For an hour I always pack! 

Pro cost. 85 rubles. (I have bird cherry flour present, I don’t know how much it costs) 

About taste. ResultsThis is a delicious cupcake for home tea, especially in winter. Crumbly and even a little juicy. It would seem there is nothing special, but that is just the beauty of it is so harmonious - that neither add nor subtract. I love to eat it with sour cream or whipped cream, but it is good without toppings. If you do not live in Siberia and from there you are not brought presents then this flour can always be bought on the Internet. Taking into account the fact that I bake him for the third time in a month I cannot help but deliver him the deserved 5+! 


Bird flour and raisin cake

No, no, he is not chocolate at all) This is all magical bird flour! It has a very beautiful color and delicate aroma with a slight touch of bitterness .. mm I did not even suspect that somewhere in Siberia, bird cherry flour is quite a common phenomenon, there you can buy it by weight in the market. What people did not invent at the time when there was no such diversity in shops ... flower flour!)) For me, of course, this is a real discovery! 


Ingredients:

4 eggs 
150g sugar 
200g butter 
200g flour 
60g cherry flour 
1 coffee l. vanilla extract (or 1 packet of vanilla sugar) 
1 tbsp. Amaretto 
120g raisins 

50g milk chocolate 
30g butter 
1chl. Amaretto 

pistachios optional 

Preparation:

Raisin sprinkle Amaretto with a spoon and set aside. Beat the butter with sugar, beat until light. Add the eggs one at a time, each time whipping into a lush cream. Pour the bird-cherry flour, pour in the extract and beat well. Add wheat flour, raisins and knead the dough. Transfer it to a mold oiled and dusted with flour. Bake at 160 ° C for about an hour. Mix butter and chocolate in a water bath, add liqueur, pour the cake. Sprinkle with pistachios until the frosting is frozen. 

Pro process. 
Beautiful for its simplicity and minimal amount of dirty dishes! as always in cupcakes!) 
The most difficult thing to find this very flour! The address of the store in Irkutsk I think will not please you)) But they say it is in the ABC of taste and in any Internet-shop :) If you find it, I strongly advise! 

About time
15 minutes for the workpiece and the hour to bake, it is better to let cool. Total a little more than an hour.

Oh yeah! This is a very very tasty cupcake ..! It is necessary to say that usually bird-cherry flour makes baking a little bit heavy and makes it dryish, but this cake is not so :) It is tender, spicy, a little oriental is like this :) Fluffy in structure but not fat. Fragrant cherries, light bitterness and fragrant raisins ... well, just made for each other. I really liked it! And I did not even think about the assessment for a second, because I am already going to bake it again)

And by the way, the upper bird cherry cake is Ginger's favorite, with a more bright bird cherry flavor, which is perfect with sour cream or yogurt, and she said that she would not trade it for this one)) So now, bird cherry trees have a choice! 


Christmas cupcake with dates and butter cream. It 

's December already. Mood # holiday comes :) And despite the fact that a lot of New Year's has been tried and it is clear what you want to bake at the New Year's finish line, you still managed to find something new. Therefore, we immediately share! 

Ingredients: 

Dough
150 g flour 
1/2 tbsp. natural yoghurt 
3 eggs 
75 ml vegetable vegetable oil 
150 g brown sugar 
1/4 tsp salt 
1 tsp baking powder
240 ml espresso 
1 tbsp. finely chopped dates (I have 1/2 cup) 

Cream:
125 g cream cheese (I have Kaymak) 
1/4 tbsp. powdered sugar (I have 75 g) 
1 tbsp. hazelnuts (I have fried) 

Preparation:

We brew an espresso and pour dates for 10 minutes. Beat sugar with eggs, sift flour with egg mixture with salt and baking powder, add yogurt and vegetable oil. We interfere to homogeneity. Squeeze dates by hand and add to the dough, mix. Grease the form with butter, sprinkle with flour and pour the dough. We bake 10 minutes at 200 С and 45 minutes at 170 С. We leave the finished cupcake in the form for 10-15 minutes, remove and cool. Whip cream cheese with icing sugar. Pour over cooled cupcake with cream and sprinkle with hazelnuts. 

About the process
It is well oooooochen simple and no dirty tricks. 

About the time of
20 minutes for the dough (10 of them for cutting dates) and despite the fact that the cake is small, it takes a long time to bake, I have 15 minutes. 
Total with cooling, a little less than 2 hours.

About taste. Results
We are people tempted by cupcakes, it is difficult to surprise us, there are favorite proportions that have already been adjusted to grams. Therefore, I will immediately say that this cupcake did not hit us. There are two reasons - firstly, it is of course more dietary (all the same, yogurt and vegetable oil!) And that’s not so airy and tender, but more friable. Secondly - there are improvements that I would just have made to the recipe! Dates need obviously more! They decorate it sooo. And be sure to make it more Christmas - add spices! At least cinnamon, as much as possible all that you love - nutmeg gvodika and stuff. And of course ... you need to soak dates in coffee with alcohol, for example, with rum ..) Oh yes! If you want the cream to flow beautifully and not spread like butter, dilute it with cream, it will be wonderful! And yet, I want to note the findings, which made for myself to taste - dates with coffee and butter cream ... right mmm !!!! So I will bake more, in different variations! And this recipe is solid 4!
