Tender, juicy chicken

For lovers of spicy!
I’ll say right away that from one breast, I get 5 rolls, and because they are incredibly tasty and tender because of the filling, they fly away faster than they hit the plate, then I advise you to take at least two breasts.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 large onion or 2 small
- 2 bunches of herbs that you like, I have dill and parsley, you can add basil, cilantro, etc.
- 2 tooth. garlic
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste or 3 tbsp. Krasnodar sauce / ketchup
- 1 tsp spicy sauce
- 60 g butter
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Breasts cut and beat slightly, cut greens. Fry onions and garlic, mix with herbs, add softened butter, mix everything. Do not neglect this point, the oil will make the filling tender.
Put the filling on the breast and roll the rolls.



Grease the rolls with the prepared sauce, for this you need to mix tomato paste, spicy sauce and vegetable oil. Put in a form, do not need to lubricate it first.







Put in an oven preheated to 180 ° for 40 minutes.
